Fresh tomato, basil, italian sausage pizza

I was craving some good light pizza yesterday so made up this recipe while at the grocery store. it turned out DELICIOUS and pretty healthy too!

Ingredients:
1 box jiffy pizza crust mix
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
2 organic chicken italian sausage ( you can use reg. ital. sausage too, but the chicken (from target) is less fat and just as tasty)
1 cup red pasta sauce
generous dried oregano and dried basil.

1. prepare the pizza crust as directed on the box
2. slice tomatoes and sausage, chop the basil
3. spread sauce on crust, sprinkle with oregano, add cheese, add toppings, top with more cheese and basil and oregano
4. in oven for 15 to 20 min (depending how crispy you like your toppings) 20 min = crusty cheese

makes one delicious super thin crust pizza!
