super simple, healthy, and tasty.
1. season tilapia filets with lemon-pepper and a squeeze or 2 of lime
2. toss chopped/sliced zuchinnis, squash, bell peppers in olive oil, garlic salt, pepper
3. place in pan and wrap up in foil envelope
4. broil for 15 min, uncover, broil 10 more min
