So the other day, I’m surfing around the interwebs and I see some ad about “Why should you pay $130 for yoga pants?” I sooo agree!!!! So I click. Excellent marketing tactic. I find myself at a site called PV.Body where you can sign up for a subscription of workout clothing for $39.95 a month and they will send you 2 new workout clothing pieces each month! Freaking amazing!! Do you know how much workout clothing for women costs? I’ve been hemming and hawing over jumping on the lululemon bandwagon and buying $80+ yoga pants b/c they get such good reviews from everyone I know. But I just can’t bring myself to do it yet. $80 for workout pants??? I’m sure they are amazing, but now that I found out about PV.body, I might never hop on that expensive bus!!
Anyway, I sign up, go through this lil quiz to determine my workout clothing style, and do a couple push ups thinking about what cool new gear is headed my way.
Just 10 days later I get a metallic pink package in the mail and it’s my order! Sweet!! They sent me a workout top and pants from NUX USA! I checked prices and I think what they sent me are this top & this bottom, but I was so excited I tore off the tags and threw them away already. Oops. But for sure, I got a STEAL for some great workout gear! The normal price for each piece is at least $40.
(New workout clothes provide the ability to do yoga while taking pics. Please don’t try this at home, kids.)
(Also, please ignore the non-matching socks.)
In any case, I’m totally digging this service and would definitely recommend it if you are looking to get some new workout clothes to replace your ratty ‘ol cotton shorts and free t-shirt that you got at some career fair 10 years ago. I don’t know people like that. Purely hypothetical.
